What correction factor are you using?
I've always seen people use 1.21 on BMW's??

E9x M3's typically dyno around 330-340, which works out perfectly.
BMW blown engines are WAY underrated. The N54's seem to be pushing 350 crank HP and the 1M even more. The N55 seem to be putting out a little less than the N54's, but still more than the 300 HP it's listed at.

This engine is CRAZY underrated!! But the torque definitely drops off as the revs go up.

I believe the standard is 1.15.
So in this case the M5 is generating 606 HP at the crank
