Wow! Have the 997.2TT 's really depreciated that much? Weren't they in the $160's sticker? If you are offered the '10 at a great price perhaps consider getting the TT with the idea that you will not lose any money on the deal, and flip the car in 6 months when the M5's are in more supply with resultant better deals to be had.....
That being said, I really like the Porsche brand but couldn't bring myself to pull the trigger on the 911TT (or Panamera TT, for different reasons) in the two years since my last M5 due to ingress, egress issues and the killer combination of performance and comfort offered by the M5.
