Do you hear creaking sounds from both doors? Such as when slowly moving the car up onto a driveway or something similar?

If so, it could most likely be the door sills (rubber seals on the doors and on door frame). Try using Gummi Pflege..

It's possible it could be something completely different, but this was a common issue in my E60 M5. I know how annoying it is, so thought I would chime in on a possible fix.
I tried gummi pflege and it wasn't enough. But my dealer fixed it with some silicon.
