It's not uncommon to left-foot-brake during a drift; especially on a long drift. Not saying you'd come anywhere close to needing carbon ceramic brakes. It's probably the opposite, really. Carbon ceramic brakes don't work as well and are less consistent until they're up to temperature. It is interesting to watch the footwork needed to hold one of these long drifts though.
