The first dealer I went to said it was the strut bearing. I drove back home and went to a local dealer who said it was the wheel bearings.
Prior to bringing car to dealer for the issue, I washed the rims and it reduced the noise a lot (almost unnoticeable). They just replaced my wheel bearings, and there's no clicking noise at all now.

It's not the bearings , it's the whole bearing hub assembly . The bearing literally has play in how it sits in the hub assembly . Just replacing the bearing won't fix it .
