yema has some post WW2 heritage but is now basically a seiko-owned mash-up of classic retro designs and seiko movements. they are building some dedicated in-house movements and *could* be something really cool in 10-20 years.
i like their designs a lot...especially for watches under a grand. quality is very good.
find another panda chrono that looks like the one i posted.
