I've lived all over, just currently in the Seattle area. Most of my time was spent on the east coast. Only here for the mountains, don't necessarily care for the politics. But yes, I have seen dudes dressed like this. Also seen (not unattractive) women walking down the street in Seattle topless. it's wild out here.
I just let others live their own life. Letting his outfits bother me only hurts me. Dude does whatever he wants, he doesn't care what anyone thinks. Maybe that's what everyone finds threatening?
I wouldn't wear most of the things that he does, but I think it's cool seeing someone not just putting on their uniform and getting in line.
