16.5% discount is great, and 60% Residual is fair.
MF 0.0017 is a little high... It must be 0.0013 so you are paying ~$65 more (monthly)
The rest (~7.5k) for all fees looks right; however the issue is like you said in your state you have to pay tax for entire sales price and not for depreciation ...
