Have you taken it to this alignment shop regularly? Do they typically not provide one? If they regularly do provide one and missed it this time maybe you can go back and try to ask for one.

Manufacturer cars have a leeway on alignment adjustment with tolerance range so unless you're lowering the vehicle considerably (i.e. slammed on coilovers) the car's OEM components should be able to compensate for the subtle lowered height of the H&R springs.

If the camber concerns you to the point of worry, take it back and have them readjust to your liking. I'm sure they can set it to your liking that's still within tolerance.
