MINE IS 2015 F10 M5, and my manual says 0w-30 or 5w-30, i do not see 0w40 or 5w 40, why is that, every one says 0w30-40 or 5w30-40.

Just look for the right spec on the can and the weight difference shouldn't matter. I haven't had a turbo motor before, and perhaps the oil spec is more important in this application.
