The record for my car on the WW site shows arrival at the port on 9/4 and paperwprk processed/car accepted for transport on 9/11 - so about a week.

Assuming you car would go to Brunswick, GA, there are boats leaving 9/16 and 9/19. Both of these boats are NOT stopping at NY (which the Toronto is), so could be there is a full load headed to NY and you'll be on one of these later boats. Good news is it's only a few days later.
