brake disc size is only fractional smaller...400mm for front & 396mm for rear (non ceramic brakes), the issue is more of the brake caliper.

The only way to check the proper installation is to take out the two front and see, the correct front should have BMW part # on the wheel. That being, 36112284252

Actually, you should check all four. Reason being when you bought them, the dealer may think they are all the same (19 x 9) and may have forgotten that the front & rear offset are different. Anyway, the correct rear bmw part # should read 36112284253
