I used the sonax wheel cleaner and left it for a few minutes, but later i realized it had marked the brake rotors, like you could see the liquid marks on them and the brakes were making noise for a while. The marks where there even after a few days of using the car, now they are finally gone though. The wheel cleaner chemically reacts with the iron to turn red from green...so then it must be reacting with the rotor metal right?
