I have not seen a break out option for US orders on this. Even so, it would mean there is an uneven level of tinting on the sides front to rear. (yes i have seen this in some of the photos). Where I live the requirement is 32% VLT or more.

I prefer an even tinting on the side glass sections where possible. I can talk to my CA on Monday, but I do not recall this ever being a factory option level.
