Shoot, I'd bring them the aforementioned checklist and let them tell you, actually SHOW you that it IS NOT the list. If it is, they do not get the car for the whole day. Make an appointment, and anything longer than 2 hours ain't happening. Don't wash it, don't drive it, don't breath on it. I'm doing mine after traveling for two weeks (actually-after The Masters). My dealer told me I can make an appt, and wait (also using my furnished/preferred oil). They've also given me the name of the tech (best one they have) who will do it. There will be very few times this car sees the dealer; this will be one. I'm going to offer them some kind of bribery to be with him for the whopping 45 minutes this should take. I'm not happy about it, but it is going to happen on my terms, or not at all.
