I just checked on the status of my '14 - it's in production and the estimated completion date is September 16, 2013 - one week from today.

How long does it take for the vehicle to make it to the states after that? My dealership is Passport BMW in MD.

I need to do several things in prep for trading/selling my 2009 - not sure how much time I have left. I'm either going to sell it as is if I can find a buyer or trade it. If I trade it, I want to get it back to stock first.
