Spot on my friend! The reps have a job to do, and are dealing with a lot of A type personalities. They have the power on the pin so be nice guys, and they know we all spent a lot of coin on these cars. But telling them their job will get you to the bottom of the pile, and my CA clearly said thanks for being respectful!
