Yes, yes and yes. Now we must ask if they are replacing intercoolers for more efficient (more cooling) ones. The ECU is smart enough to compensate and with the upgraded wheel and ported compressor side it will flow more air at the same boost level. You will get more hp, but you would get the biggest benefit from a a tune that came along with it.
