Who do I call?
Just cleared customs yesterday at VPC in GA. Would like to know status of oil pump replacement (has the part been delivered, replacement scheduled, etc).
BMW customer relations wasn't any help (keeps saying call the dealership) and CA is out of pocket for the weekend.
Any other contacts at BMW to call?
BMW ED relations?
I saw that someone here was talking directly to VPC, is that possible?
