Are you expecting someone to proactively provide you with that information? Unless you inquire, or have a really on-the-ball CA you will not know where your car is until it shows up at the dealer. I suggest you send an e-mail to the logistics location in Vienna, or give it another week and then call the ED dept in NJ.
