+1 essentially what they are saying is that the 2017 M7 won't have a manual transmission. And its pretty obvious that the rumored ///M-Phantom will have a dual clutch also. Lol

IDK I guess it lowers the snob appeal. His friend in the E63 can say that his AMG is more refined because it doesn't have a stick option. I am like you though and can't understand why they would not want people to have the option to get the transmission they want.
