All the new Euro turbo cars with auto or dual clutch trans do that fart sound during a shift.
I think it sound like the WRC rally cars. The pops is maybe to keep the turbo spooled up between shifts. And also the wastegates open up too. So that doest help the sound.
It takes getting used to it.
My 550 doest it too just not as loud.
