Beanboy ... I was experiencing the same issues as it sounds you are for I'm in a small market and I suspected my dealer didnt really understand ED much less the initial launch of this car. I'd call the Service number provided in the other response to this thread. When I did, I found out that there were a number of clerical errors including a simple email address error that prevented them from getting the order confirmed. Once that was corrected, I had my production number and Welt Date/Time and ability to track on the web within a few hours! Good luck!
