You can buy them at the first fuel station you see once you enter the countries. They are cheap, between 10-16 Euro and make for great souvenirs on your car's windshield - but you have to remember to get them. When I did my ED last year, I was doing 155mph as we entered the Czech Republic and was on top of the world and almost forgot until my wife reminded me!
