Spoke to a lady to day at BMW NA. She said in the 2014 Brochure it shows a black headliner. She was going to get some more info and call me back in a few days.

UPDATE: BMW Special Delivery called me today and left a voice mail."I have confirmed that you MUST have option 776 on your order sheet along with the X3DA inorder to get the anthracite headliner but you can still order it. Sorry for the confusion "

Thats great news. SO for all the other full leather colors if you want a gray/black headliner then make sure 776 is on your order sheet.
