Correct, .00145 base rate from what I'm reading, which would be .00175 if doing ED. However, if you have the cash for the MSDs, get that savings!

.00145 Base Rate
.00145 - (.00007 * 7) = .00096 Base Rate MSD Reduced
.00096 + .0003 = 0.00126
