The manual recommends either 0w-30, 0w-40, 5w-30 or 5w-40.
As far as I know, unless youre dealing with cold starts, the higher number is the only one that is really relevant. I use 5w-30 in both my F10 M5 and my X5M without any issues (and I am concerned about cold starts because it gets pretty frigid where I am).
