I got a loaner on Saturday. My dealer didnt have to give me one since ED customer loaners wont be covered by BMWNA. At least thats what was communicated to me.
Unfortunately they only had base 328 or base x3. I took the x3. I have to commend my CA and Service Manager. They are trying to make the best out of very bad situation. It sure looks like BMW is putting their dealers and service teams in the cross hairs of customer anger.
