Check the engine/exhaust/drivetrain mod forum. There's a thread on this.
CAI's for naturally aspirated M's like the E60 M5 are worth it. However AFE showed no gains for the E60 M5 while others like DINAN's CAI showed decent gains.
CAI's for turbo cars, IMO are not worth it,
