There's loads of posts on this. you should do it at 1200, it comes up on the service indicator. according to manual you need to stay below 5500 rpm before running in service, which is about 120 mph in these bad boys.
At the Service they change the oil and the rear axle oil and unlock launch control.
After you're ok to rev higher and go faster but not suppose to often until 3000 miles.
Nothing stopping you going mental at any point though, only actual restriction is on launch control.
