At the Service they change the oil and the rear axle oil and unlock launch control.
After you're ok to rev higher and go faster but not suppose to often until 3000 miles.
Nothing stopping you going mental at any point though, only actual restriction is on launch control.

That is a myth. Nothing is locked. There is no software update as part of the Break In service.
