The F10 M5 has these same two issues.

"i may be a gtr guy but i have to admit, you cannot compare a GTR to an M5, the GTR doesnt have the build quality, the luxuries or the finish that the M5 does, in fact, compared to the current M5, the GTR can seem a little vulgar, not to metion the M5 is quite a bit heavier due to the fact that it's larger and unlike the GTR, the M5 doesnt have a super-grippy AWD system. The GTR is designed to be a no-nonsense budget supercar, the M5 however is designed to be a businessman's super-saloon."
