I do not have the block off plates. I first removed the charcoal filters and noticed no significant difference. Maybe better throttle response. I heard my turbo spool under load more then before. Then I put BMC filters in. Again, improved throttle response, and heard my turbos spool more under load. This is a sound I personally enjoy. After reading all the rhetoric about the block off plates I figured I would do an experiment. I temporarily blocked that hole. I found no significant difference in power. I assume there is a possibility of gains in theory, but I can't see a 30+HP gain. To my dismay, I also lost the sound of my turbo spool. The engine kinda sounded like a jet. Kinda cool, but not what I'm looking for. I removed my blockers and I'm happy
