You guys should all take your cars to your service and have those holes covered with the replacement from BMW.
Why those holes were made in the first place and why exactly it was a recall is beyond me.

Had BMW check on this during my 1st service today. Mine had open holes at the bottom, & they said it's supposed to be like that, meaning they're not gonna do anything about it.
