10/3 is "Tag der Deutschen Einheit" or German Unity Day and therefore a holiday and no European Delivery for that day. I don't know why they did not schedule your pickup for 10/1 or 10/2 unless all slots for those days are out. If you already have or know your production number you can inquire directly from the BMWNA Special Sales Department - European Delivery at 1-800-932-0831.
I plan on starting my trip out of Munich with 2 friends as passengers on the 3rd of October. We plan to be in Munich on the 1st to take in the sights in the surrounding areas and partake of the festivities -- Oktoberfest is such a big event in Bavarian Munich, its birthplace.
When are you planning on getting into Munich?
