Seats definitely changed. BMW all weather mats for the rear have a different part number from pre-LCI. My dealer gave me a set of pre-LCI mats. Front fit, rear didn't. I'm still waiting for my dealer to get them. (Of course, since I don't have my car, I guess I don't mind the wait!)
