Since I live in the communistwealth of Virginia where rader detectors are illegal, I use the Escort IQ (

It looks like GPS mounted to the wind shield, works pretty well actually, I regularly travel up and down the heavily patrolled I-95 corridor, this detector has saved me multiple times, accurately warning me of the threats in plenty of time to take action. Also I like the enhanced metrics this detector offers, the LED/LCD screen on most detectors out there look like they belong in another century. The rader detector market is crying out for a facelift. I also used the Cobra iPhone detector with very limited success.
