@johntomferg, the exhaust was completely cooled off. It felt like my driving had baked the exhaust tips to the end pipes. There was no way in twisting these things of. I didn't want to use tools so not to damage or scratch anything. So I put on my grip gloves and went at it. It was literally just brute force of janking them left right up and down and severe pulling and pushing that caused them to come off after about 30mins. But in the end it worked ;-) Might be better to do that after 200 miles rather than 2000.
