They all have a sticky thread about a primary flaw that would make you second guess modding. With the GTR it is the Transmission, with the SL63 it was head bolts, with the Z06 it was overheating.
Other than the clutches being weak, what item makes F10 M5 owners scared to mod even at an entry level?

honestly, nothing.. this bitch is pretty robust. only thing that comes to my mind is the 13;s burning oil.. other than that... I've only heard of big failures with cars with big power.. |
I second that. these engines and drivetrains are solid as long as you maintain properly and don't go overboard with the power (700whp/700wtq) with stock clutches and axles |
