Did you check the vessels schedule to get an idea when it should be picked up? Keep in mind that it took 2 days for the BMW 800 number to have an update that says vehicle is on the carrier, and it took a day before i was able to confirm that the vehicle was on the carrier through the carriers cargo tracking vin number.
