Definitely looks satin which I highly recommend. I've had both satin and gloss and satin looked best. Gloss was also hard to maintain.
The 343M wheel in the picture I attached is satin. I posted a picture of my vorsteiner to show you the diff. The barrel / lip is gloss and the face is satin.
