I think mid 40's is more reasonable given that most 13s are selling for mid 30s to high 30s now. You can find a 14 for mid 40s now.
Please link me to 14's in mid 40s with mileage in the mid 30s
The ones I was looking at sold. I also found one in MCB on silver stone 2014 with 50k miles for 41k by ALM but it sold real quick.

I got a 13 with 48k miles for a decent price.

I say find any that you like they are all great cars.
Mid 40s is a killer deal for a 2014 LCI M5, especially one with mileage in the mid 30s, that's a unicorn. Prices will get there more commonly when the new m5 hits full release with no dealer markup.

Total crazy value for a car like this!

I really want the LCI steering wheel and LED headlights. I know I can get both aftermarket but if it's a couple thousand dollars for each to upgrade why not just spend $4k more on a 14 vs. 13
It's actually less than 4K around 2500.

I would have had to spend at least 7-10k more to get a 14.

My first mod was going to be the steering wheel but looks aside the 13 steering is thicker and feels nicer IMO. I had my friends M6 GC for a few days and did a back to back with steering wheel.
Congrats on the car it's truly an amazing all around performer
