I have.
My friend has the 20" and I have the 19".
Comfort/ride quality wise - slightly better with 19". Not that big difference that you would think.
A bigger difference is in grip levels. 19" ( higher sidewalls ) gripping better it seems. Especially when exiting a corner ( side force on the tyre ).
