Also, my advisor told me 7% off MSRP is very close to invoice...I would also take another $500 of to get it closer.
Any feedback on how to find invoice from MSRP and residual and MF rates would be helpful

My advisor said the residual and MF rates will be out around the 4th of July.
Is your dealer giving you 7% off the car? Be careful as I had a dealer tell me they would give me about 6% off the car and when it was time to give the deposit they added a 'Pre Delivery Service Fee of $578.40' which I asked about and they signified it is a standard fee at which point I walked...
