Just leather dash on its own (Option 4M5) was $2200 for 2012 F10 models. Not sure what the price is for 2013 M5, but you can ask dealer to place request with BMW NA.
I would suggest going for Full Silevrstone. It is $3500 more and worth it rather than paying just $2200 for the dash.
