It may be possible to wash with water alone, however, I use shampoo/soap. Only downside is that Modesta shampoo works out very expensive at 1:10 dilution ratio (via bucket with grit guard & mitt, can be £27 (converts to $43 - USD) per wash)

I use Zaino Z7 instead, dry and then wipe down sparingly with Modesta M1SHOT quick detailer after every wash.

Not sure if you are thinking of BC-03 - this is hydrophilic, so has strong self cleaning properties. Feedback Paul has had from his customers suggest that cars protected with BC-03 are hardly getting dirty in the first place. Modesta do, however, produce a detergent for BC-03.

I have BC-05 which behaves like normal glass/ceramic sealants, i.e. some self cleaning, however, does need agitation with wash mitt and not just water via pressure washer to fully clean.
