On our shop car we tested the top speed and although BMW states 155MPH we consistently maxed out at 160-167 MPH on GPS based speed measurement
As mentioned if you do get a CEL we offer ECU tuning to permanently eliminate it. We did not have a CEL on our 2013 shop/test car F10 M5 after DP installation and we have sold over 30+ DPs since launch...I assume some customers already had ECU tuning to prevent CEL and potentially some cars will not have a CEL maybe due to the OEM ECU flash version.
