I have run fully closed wastegate on many occasions. So it's not a cliff per se.
I think what he was curious about [as am I] if there are trends between the blown motors... Also each car is different, like why did my stock internal GTR last 10k miles and countless roll racing events vs. the guys who blew up or threw a rod out the side at much less... It really dose come down to tuning.

But I think we're all maybe you are too... Kinda wondering where the when not if threshold is on these engines. Regardless all the power they're pumping out is insane for as reliable as we're seeing
