If the black M3 wheels are any indication, they'll be reserved for special edition models like the Frozen specials that were recently announced. You might be able to get them through Individual and/or aftermarket, or BMW might try to block both of those avenues. For example, M3 GTS parts are notoriously hard to get either during orders or aftermarket, even through dealers.
There's always powdercoating as a last resort.
