Going by the responses, was the M5 interior suppose to look different than a 5er? I can't remember when an M variant interior was drastically different than the regular model. M3 looks pretty much the same as a 3er coupe, the E60 M5 looked like an E60 5er. Am I missing something or were people actually expecting this M5 to be different? +1. I would really hate to see people drooling over this interior in comparison to the f10 5 series. 4 pipes (instead of 2), side grills, and some ///M tachometer details look like the only VISUAL differences between an M5 and a f10 M sport.
I really think that this vehicle will be for true die hard enthusiasts and those who are willing to throw down some $$$ to feel better than all the other BMW owners. In my certain location, I know for a fact that the vast majority will fall into the second category.
